HPS - your perfect partner for winding belts!
If you are not yet a customer of HPS, it is essential that you read the following instructions before using the winding belts. Winding belts from HPS may need to be handled differently than other belts, which usually do not fully meet the requirements of the spiral system. We therefore urgently ask you, in particular if you operate a machine, to first familiarise yourself with the large number of application possibilities before use.
Innovation and technology
We are continually striving to keep our products at the cutting edge of technology. Our winding belts were developed and tested in close cooperation with our customers and manufacturers of spiral tubes and composite cans. In many cases, the importance of winding belts is still underestimated, even though they are an essential link between the machine and the final product that should be used with the greatest of care.
Contrary to the still widespread (erroneous) view that as many diameters as possible should be covered with only one belt size, practical use has clearly shown that the right length is not only better, but mostly or entirely balances inevitable negative occurrences such as slippage, mandrel movement, etc., as well.
